No. Joining the network is completely free for both sellers and investors. We don't charge a membership fee, a listing fee, or any upfront cost. We make money if and when a deal closes that we facilitated — and only then.
Does joining commit me to selling? +
Not at all. Sellers join the network to understand their options and get a sense of what the market would pay. You're not under any obligation to accept an offer, respond to every introduction, or sell on any particular timeline. You can withdraw your park from the network at any time.
How do you verify investor interest is genuine? +
We have a short conversation with investors before introducing them to sellers. We ask about their acquisition history, their capital source, and their specific buy box. We're not running a background check, but we're not just passing along anyone who fills out the form either. Sellers deserve introductions to people who are genuinely in a position to buy.
What types of parks are in the network? +
All types. Transient overnight parks, destination resorts, long-term resident communities, mixed-use properties, and value-add situations with compliance issues or deferred maintenance. If it has RV sites and an owner who's open to a conversation, it belongs in the network.
How often do investors receive deal summaries? +
Only when a park matches your specific criteria. We don't send weekly newsletters or blast every deal to every investor. If your buy box is $1M to $2.5M parks in Texas and Arizona, you only hear from us when a park like that comes through the network. If nothing matches, you won't hear from us — which is better than filling your inbox with irrelevant deals.
