Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at leads@rvparked.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated date. Material changes will be noted clearly at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, your recourse is to stop using the Site.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and RVparked.com regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior communications or agreements on that subject.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
